During the three days of the camp, we will explore what happens after we hear the word "action" on a film set, learn to think in the language of cinema, and get a closer look at the inner workings of filmmaking.
Young creators will attend classes led by film industry professionals. During these classes, 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐳̌𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐬𝐮 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐳̌𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐮𝐬, 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐨, 𝐚𝐤𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐮𝐬, 𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐳𝐝𝐨 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐮𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐣𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐬.
Having acquired theoretical and practical knowledge, participants will learn to convey history through images by creating music videos in groups. On the last day of the camp, we will see them on the big screen – in a movie theater!

Young Gong Sound Session – The Path to Deep Relaxation
29 January 2025 19:30
Would you like to experience the unique effect of gong sound therapy? It is more than just relaxation – it is deep inner work based on scientific research. Gong therapy, combining powerful vibrations and ancient sounds, helps restore balance in the body and mind, creating space for emotional release and physical restoration.
Did you know that gong sound therapy is recognized by science and has a real effect on the body and mind? Scientific evidence:
Stress reduction and emotional calm: Studies show that participants experience up to a 70% reduction in stress levels after gong therapy sessions, and the mind reaches a deep state of relaxation compared to vibroacoustic massages (Oguy, 2022).
Pain relief: The sounds of gongs affect the body's cells and tissues like a gentle massage, which reduces physical discomfort. This is similar to the results of Lian Gong practices, where participants report reduced pain and improved physical condition (Randow et al., 2017; Nascimento et al., 2012).
Emotional recovery: Vibrations promote relaxation of the fascia—this connective tissue stores accumulated emotions, which can be released during therapy, paving the way for inner harmony (Randow et al., 2017).
Deeper self-understanding: During the session, the mind is freed from everyday chaos, allowing the brain to enter a theta wave state—ideal for creativity and introspection (Sobo, 2024).
The importance of community: Although the session focuses on individual relaxation, researchers emphasize the importance of collective experiences that promote a deeper emotional connection with the environment (Sobo, 2024).
What to expect during the session?
The sounds of the gongs will fill the space with powerful vibrations that penetrate every cell of the body. These vibrations reduce tension, harmonize internal rhythms, and promote emotional and physical recovery. During the session, you will feel your mind enter a state of deep relaxation, allowing you to release stress and discover inner peace.

The seminar will be led by the founder of the Lithuanian Creative Entrepreneurship Center, entrepreneur, and mentor of the Lithuanian Creative Entrepreneurship Center, Dainius Šimkus.

In this session, we will talk about how self-confidence becomes the basis for creative and effective problem solving. How can you remain active even when you don't know all the answers? We will look for practical ways to stop belittling yourself and become your own ally, not your enemy. We will discuss imposter syndrome and how it hinders the growth of even the most successful people. And a little humor: why do those who "know less" sometimes have more courage?
𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗼 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝘂 𝗯𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗼𝘀 𝘀̌𝗶𝗼𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘀: 1. What is healthy confidence? 2. How can you become your own friend rather than your own enemy in business? 3. How is self-confidence related to achieving results and solving problems? 4. "Why do idiots run such businesses?" 5. What to do when you are plagued by doubts about your activities? Imposter syndrome. 6. Overcoming strategies and practices
