Mission (im)possible: "How to establish brands in the market? #2
For the second year in a row, we are ending a creative and extremely productive year by inviting you to the KUFA creative business meeting. We believe that the meeting will inspire you to keep believing in your creative ideas, and the speakers you will meet during the meeting will motivate you to strive for success in your business.
We invite you to a creative business meeting Mission (im)possible: "How to establish brands in the market? #2," which will take place at the Culture Factory on December 13 at 5 p.m.
During the event, the following speakers will share their experiences and invite participants to join the discussion:
Aušra Pacevičiūtė Lecturer
at Klaipėda University, co-founder of the brands "10 Tiltų," "10 Tiltų kiemas," and "10 Tiltų krantas," initiator of the projects "Klaipėda Creative Business Port" and "Klaipėda Link." She is a mentor to small businesses, a member of the board of the Klaipėda branch of the Lithuanian Marketing Association (LiMA), and a public figure.
Donatas Jonikas, PhD
Startup marketing expert and mentor. The first Lithuanian to be included in the World's Top 30 Startyo Gurus for 2023. Donatas wrote and published the book Startup Evolution Curve, which was highly praised by more than 30 foreign experts, made it into the top 5 best-selling books on the global Amazon.com platform in the startup category, and his interviews and insights were even published in FORBES magazine. In the fall of 2020, Donatas presented a 14-hour video course on the Udemy platform "Startup Fast Track: Confident Launch in 90 Days or Less," which became the best-selling course in the startup and entrepreneurship category—more than 18,000 students purchased the course, and GlobalGurus.org ranked it as the 4th best program in the world for startups in 2022.
Laura Taučiūtė
Today, she is the president of the Palanga Hotel and Restaurant Association, manager of the Kerpė Hotel @ Spa in Palanga, and owner of the puzzle by Laura Taučiūtė brand. Laura was born and raised in Palanga, in a family that was among the first to open catering establishments in the seaside resort in 1990. The apple didn't fall far from the tree. After completing her law studies, she returned to her greatest passion—creativity—to create new restaurants and, today, hotels. Over the course of her 23 years in business, she has created and opened 19 restaurants in Lithuania and Dubai.
Marius Narbutaitis is
a KUFA resident and one of the founders of MATIMA Studio. Marius's forte is visual effects and creative solutions. MATIMA Studio is a team of unique, enthusiastic people who create computer games. Starting with 3D models, the studio has grown significantly and now works with computer game developers with multi-million dollar budgets.

Brigita Jūra Spalvų Creator
of Jūra Spalvų. I have been exploring various creative colors by the sea for six years now, traveling halfway around the world to dare to stay where my emotional heart and bare feet called me most. From Kaunas, Denmark, Azerbaijan, Rhodes to… Klaipėda! From master's studies in communication, writing articles, leading seminars and training sessions, dance practices, meditation and holistic self-development instructor courses to… the KUFA residency program and the realization of my personal activities! I lead training sessions on authenticity, self-realization, and communication, free dance and meditation practices, and mindfulness events ~ CLOSER TO YOURSELF!
The seminar will last 2.5 hours. Immediately after the seminar, we invite you to a festive and cozy get-together: we will have snacks, socialize, and enjoy the good mood.
The event will be moderated by Indrė Razbadauskaitė-Venskė, LCC lecturer, owner of the business "Nepaleisk svajonės" (Don't Give Up on Your Dreams), and marketing consultant specializing in consumer behavior, brand development, and neuromarketing.
