KUFA celebrates its tenth anniversary #3| meeting – discussion: "When work and leisure time are spent online. How to develop a healthy relationship with smart screens?"
The third event dedicated to the anniversary of the decade is a meeting and discussion: "When work and leisure are online. How to develop a healthy relationship with smart screens?" will take place on February 28 at 6:00 p.m.
Today, work and leisure are closely linked to virtual space. This not only opens up new opportunities, but also causes fatigue, boredom, affects sleep, sometimes contributes to anxiety, and in the long run, makes it difficult to concentrate.
