"The smell of my mother's cooking. My sister's endless chatter. The smell of clean laundry. My
grandfather's radio playing loudly. My grandmother's stories as we leaf through family photo albums. A hairbrush instead of a microphone for concerts in the living room. Mom's lipstick and necklaces…"
These are just a few of the memories that fit into the word HOME. We all feel and perceive home differently, but we all know that HOME is much more than just

a place to live. But what happens to those who do not feel this way about their homes? What happens to those who

can't find a home? And not a physical one, but an inner one, which sometimes takes a lifetime to build. The play tells the story of three teenagers growing up in a children's home, who soon

will reach adulthood and have to move out to live independently. However, to everyone's surprise, the social worker announces that a newcomer will be moving in with them. The everyday scenes in the play intertwine with the lives of people who have already left the children's home. This play

Based on true stories from playwright Karolina Urbonė's work at a children's home.

This is a performance about the gift of natural love and the never-ending journey towards one's HOME.
