Comedy for the whole family, “PIRŠTINĖ” | directed by Livija Krivickaitė | Taško Theater

The play “The Glove” is inspired by the plot of a Ukrainian folk tale of the same name. The plot of the comedy revolves around five animals who find a glove lost by a human in the forest. It becomes clear that each of them dreams of keeping it for themselves. Of course, the decision is not easy – when an unidentified object is found in the forest, it is necessary to immediately convene a meeting of the forest council, where the animals will try to figure out who lost this object and why, what to do with it, and most importantly – who will get it?

At first glance, a glove that no one needs becomes a source of major disagreement, as the Wolf, the Fox, the Goose, the Frog, and the Mosquito are unable to communicate with each other. However, the animals soon realize that it is not the glove that they all need most, so they will present us with many unexpected situations, music, and laughter, and most importantly, remind us of the importance of unity and friendship. The performance is intended for older children and teenagers, but it is also very suitable for adults!
