We invite you to the premiere of the documentary film "The History of Klaipėda Lyceum: 30 Years of Success" – a story about the school's three-decade journey from a small primary school with 18 students to an internationally recognized gymnasium with more than 1,000 students.
The documentary film features archival material from 1995 to the present day. In order to create a 40-minute documentary film about the 30 years of activity of Klaipėda Lyceum, director Tomas Jašinskas had to systematize about 600 GB of photo and video material: scan photos, digitize filmed material from VHS tapes and CDs.
The film features Klaipėda Lyceum Director Doc. Dr. Regina Kontautienė, Deputy Directors Ramunė Petrauskienė and Elena Burbienė, Director of the Little Klaipėda Lyceum Tomas Raibys, Strategic Development Manager Kristijonas Mineikis, Spiritual Director of Klaipėda Lyceum Brother Sigitas Benediktas Jurčys, teachers Renata Lygnugarienė, Vaida Jokšienė, Ingrida Rimkienė, teacher Vaidas Pamparas, and parent community representatives Inga Gusiatina and Tomas Jašinskas.
According to director T. Jašinskas, "the documentary reveals the growth of Klaipėda Lyceum over 30 years, allowing viewers to feel the spirit of the school community, the dedication of the teachers, and the aspirations of the students. Archival footage and interviews with the school's founders, teachers, and graduates create an inspiring story about a dream that became reality. It is more than a film—it is a story about a community that is changing the future of education."

The film lasts 40 minutes.
