The program includes new songs composed by Vytautas V. Landsbergis and Jonas, folk ballads arranged live by Jonas, and poems from the latest book, DIENANAKTIS.

“For a long time, I wanted to try something new in my concerts, something different, something that would be a challenge and unusual for me. I was looking for a partner, a good instrumentalist who could accompany me and expand the newly created songs – for example, with percussion or electronics. And suddenly I realized that I had such a partner right next to me – my son Jonas, no need to look far. Especially since we do a lot of creative work together – children's theater or film camps, Jonas writes music for my films, illustrates children's books. And now we're going to perform together," shares Vytautas V.

In fact, this is nothing particularly new, because this is the format that started it all on stage. About twenty-five years ago, Vytautas Day was celebrated at the Teachers' House, and the organizers decided to invite all the Vytautases who could sing, starting with V. Kernagis, who invited Vytautas V. Although he had only sung for himself and his friends until then, he agreed to give it a try that time. As the performer himself recalls: "I sang about five songs, three of my own and two folk songs, with the help of my son Jonas. He was about twelve at the time, and as far as I remember, he had already finished his violin studies at the "dvarionkėj" and switched to classical guitar. Then my (and our) first public concert took place, which has been the only one so far. Now it is likely that there will be a few more."
