THE ICONIC MARKET NIGHT IS BACK!
When was the last time you went to the market not just to shop, but to explore?

After a 14-year hiatus, MARKET NIGHT returns to the Old Klaipėda Market. On the evening of October 3, the market will be a gathering place for theater, dance, music, performances, art, creative activities, and people who have brought much more to the market than just a shopping basket.

For one evening, the usual bustle of the market will give way to a creative buzz. More than 30 organizations, artists, and creators will be waiting for you in the market pavilion and outside next to it.

Here you can see theater and dance performances, listen to live music, discover visual art, take part in creative activities, meet different artists, and simply spend an evening in a place that, for one night, will become a slightly different cultural hub in Klaipėda.

Oh, and yes—there will be free refreshments, too!

This year’s Market Night also invites us to reflect on the values of Motiejus Valančius and view them through the eyes of today’s creators. So the evening will be full of diverse perspectives, forms, and unexpected encounters.
