 The Culture Factory invites cultural representatives, creators, and young entrepreneurs to participate in a practical entrepreneurship seminar, "KUFA | Personal Communication and Branding: What You Need and What Really Works."

The seminar lecturer is Justė Gvazdaitytė, a freelance communications strategist and freelance mentor who, over seven years of personal communication, has broken 90% of the rules of communication and still managed to create a successful personal brand.

This training is intended for freelancers and solo entrepreneurs who want to be heard, recognized, and remembered.
We will talk about personal communication that is based not only on algorithms or rules, but also on you yourself. During
the seminar, we will discuss:
• where personal communication begins;
• what "homework" needs to be done before you start;
• the most popular myths and reality;
• authenticity in communication – how to recognize and integrate it;
• recommendations for content, topics, and other "technical" advice. There
will also be time for a question and answer session.
