The Culture Factory invites cultural representatives, creators, and young entrepreneurs to participate in a public speaking workshop, "KUFA | Network communication – how to improve it with simple, everyday public speaking tools?"

During the workshop,
Julija Brodskė, a public speaking and effective communication teacher, official representative of the international organization Toastmasters International in Lithuania, president and long-time member of the public speaking and leadership club Toastmasters Klaipėda, will share her practical experience and invite participants to join the discussion.

Every person wants to make a good impression and earn a good reputation in the eyes of others. They want to be successful in their career and self-fulfillment, and build wonderful relationships not only within their family, but also among colleagues and in the community.

Communication skills are extremely useful for this purpose: formulating messages accurately, speaking persuasively, effectively, and freely.
By honing these skills, we learn not only to communicate better, but also to sell, persuade, agree, negotiate, and inspire. What's more, these skills can also be used in social media communication: when creating video content, text posts, etc.

The following topics will be discussed during the workshop:

• What body language mistakes do we most often make when communicating?
• How can we create content for "talking" reels/video content more easily and quickly?
• How can we speak fluently even if we are not prepared?
• Nervousness before events, meetings, important occasions—how can we deal with it?
• What is charisma and how can we improve it?

Workshop duration: 2.5-3 hours.
