The Culture Factory invites cultural representatives, creators, and young entrepreneurs to participate in a practical entrepreneurship seminar, "KUFA | IMPACT ON IMPACT," on May 29 at 4 p.m.

For several years now, research and design agency The Critical has based its activities on the desire to create a positive and measurable impact. During this period, the agency has accumulated valuable experience and insights. The seminar "KUFA | IMPACT ON IMPACT" is a continuation of this journey – during the seminar, participants will be introduced to impact as a phenomenon. The difference between performance results and impact will be discussed, the importance of context will be analyzed, and impact measurement will be presented as a strategic, competitive, and motivational tool for organizations and brands.

Jonas Liugaila is a partner and design strategist at The Critical, a research and design agency. The agency works with both business and social challenges to achieve measurable impact. In terms of social activities, Jonas is a member of the board of the International Design Council, of which the Lithuanian Design Association is a member.
