Informal conversations: "They're from Klaipėda"
We present a series of informal conversations entitled "THEY ARE FROM KLAIPĖDA"!
This is a series of informal conversations in an informal setting with notable and interesting residents of Klaipėda who are building their lives in Lithuania and around the world, promoting Klaipėda, and have many interesting and useful stories to share.
On Monday, December 9, at
6:30 p.m., the Lithuanian National Radio and Television Center will host the premiere of the new TV series "The Secret of the Lithuanian State" (dir. R. Šimkus, screenplay by A. Šimkus, 2015).

Luke Gylys
In 2016, he graduated from Klaipėda Lyceum together with the second class. In 2020, he graduated from Vilnius University's Institute of International Relations and Political Science (VU
TSPMI) with a bachelor's degree in political science. In 2024, he completed a master's program in Eastern European and Russian Studies at VU TSPMI.
During his studies, he went to Prague and Bucharest to study under the Erasmus+ program. For
two years, he worked as a foreign news editor at LRT Radio, where he read the latest news on various programs. After passing the diplomatic competition this summer, Lukas moved to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he currently works in the European Union Council Presidency group.
Urtė Stankutė
In 2021, she graduated from Klaipėda Lyceum and is currently studying medicine at Vilnius University. She currently spends almost all of her study time in hospitals.
In addition to her studies, Urtė enjoys playing the piano. She recently began learning French, and since she is progressing quite rapidly, she plans to study in France next year.
The event will be photographed and filmed. Photos and videos may be used to promote the event on social media, online, and in other media.
