Free leadership seminar: When is courage no longer a strategy, but ego?
When is courage no longer a strategy, but ego?
The price of leadership is high—sometimes it is paid not by those who decide, but by those who believe. Is a title enough to be a leader?
The Klaipėda Interact Club invites you to an event where experienced mentors will tell you what leadership is, what its price is, and you will participate in a workshop where you will delve deeper into your personality and its type.
Presentations:
Marijus Grigaliūnas (RNDV Solutions): “MVP or true leader? Ego plays – the team pays” – what sports reveal about team dynamics and leadership decisions in real-life situations.
Neringa Vaitkutė (Hotrema): “Why do some leaders build, while others destroy?” – how our personality, values, and self-awareness determine our impact on others.
Workshop:
• Discussion with contrasting questions
• Analysis of your personality type and its influence on others
Time: February 21 | 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
