The contemporary circus performance Foodstuffs explores the everyday life of a simple Lithuanian grocery store, a place familiar to us all. Although the performance focuses on a humorous view of a grocery store and the characters in it, it also addresses post-traumatic disorders and different people's attitudes toward the same life situations.

The identity of our country is important to the contemporary circus and interdisciplinary art organization būda.collective. This performance is based on the creators' memories of their childhood homes, so when you visit the Maisto Prekės store, you will encounter nostalgia and see a story about all of us! The performance uses physical theater and circus disciplines: juggling, object manipulation, and quick change techniques.
