Every year, December turns homes into a scene of anticipation for a miracle—but did you know that at the most unexpected moment, when everyone is asleep, a completely different kind of factory springs to life in the house? Santa’s elves, tired of being just gift-bearers all year long, gather at the secret “Culture Factory” and unleash their own brand of chaos—pranks, games, laughter, and surprises that turn the house upside down.

With this play, we want to remind children (and their parents) that Christmas isn’t just about peace and order, but also about the courage to be playful, creative, and cheerful. Because the true spirit of Christmas is born where there is room for laughter, play, and little, gentle shenanigans.

Presentation of the play:

In Santa’s workshop, everything is supposed to run according to a strict routine—the gifts are counted, the lists are checked, and the elves work nonstop. But this year, a few elves decide that too much order is boring. At night, while everyone is asleep, they venture out into the world and set up their own “culture factory”—a place where the most inventive, funniest, and most unexpected pranks are born.

They hide on the shelves, wrap themselves in toilet paper, swap shoes, and invite children to join them in their fun, interactive world. Together with Tadas Jaku, the elf and crisis management virtuoso (Klaipėda State Music Theater), and the professional, certified elf movement masters from the “CODA” dance school, the young audience members will become active participants in the mischief.
