The Bored Panda Group decided to change this model and created Spike—an animated character designed exclusively for YouTube from the very beginning. In just three years, Spike has racked up more than a billion views and reached audiences around the world. In this presentation, you’ll learn how storytelling, years of experience creating content for YouTube, and audience data helped build a global animated franchise and turn YouTube into the home of animated stories.
