Universal interior design formulas with interior designer Ieva Laurinavičiūtė
How to create balance between form, color, and texture

This workshop is for anyone who wants to better understand how to create a harmonious, cozy, and aesthetically balanced interior. In the first part, participants will hear a structured theoretical narrative about the universal rules of interior composition: the relationship between forms, colors, and textures, the power of contrasts and nuances, and the role of proportions in creating visual balance and the overall character of a space.

We will discuss how to apply these rules in practice – changing accents, combining materials, choosing a color palette, and using decorative elements to give the space a cohesive, individual style. Participants will be invited to identify what shapes their personal aesthetic and how to purposefully apply it when creating or renovating their home interior.

In the second part of the workshop, participants will create their own personal inspiration board, combining real interior materials, color samples, textures, and decorative elements. This is an opportunity to experience in practice how the rules of theoretical composition work when creating a visual whole: how colors interact with each other, how materials create rhythm, how proportions determine mood and style direction.
