"CODA" Open Ballet and Dance Classes
OPEN “CODA” CLASSES AND REHEARSALS ON THE CULTURE FACTORY STAGE
The “Coda” Dance School invites all Klaipėda residents to come and watch, free of charge, how real ballet and contemporary dance classes and rehearsals take place. This time, they will take place not in the studio, but on the stage of the Culture Factory on the second floor, with comfortable seating for spectators.
Come whenever you want and watch as much as you want. You can drop in for a single class or stay for the whole evening.
October 19 (Monday), 4:00 p.m.–7:00
p.m., Klaipėda Culture Factory, stage on the 2nd floor
. Free admission
This is neither a play nor a concert, but the real work of dancers. You’ll see how movement is created, how the body is trained, and how much effort goes into every step.
MONDAY, OCTOBER 19:
4:00–5:00 p.m. – ballet class (dancers aged 11–14)
5:00–6:00 p.m. – ballet class (girls aged 6–8). At the end of these classes, you’ll see the school’s older dancers—Elzė Levickaitė, a Royal Ballet School scholarship recipient, and Veronika Rožkova, who represented Lithuania at the IDO European Dance Championship.
6:00–6:30 p.m. – class for little ballerinas (girls ages 3–5)
6:30–7:00 p.m. – Ballet class on pointe (11–14-year-old dancers) ![]()
We welcome families with children, seniors, and all dance enthusiasts. Maybe your child will think for the first time here, “Maybe I could do that, too?” ![]()
See you on October 19!
