KUFA mentorship program

Purpose of the KUFA Creative and Cultural Industries Mentorship Program:

  • To support emerging artists, artist collectives, and creative and cultural industry (CCI) businesses in taking their first steps with greater confidence, mitigating start-up risks, and encouraging the creation of new jobs.
  • To enable the growth of creative ideas with strong potential but limited financial resources, helping them reach a sustainable and competitive level.
  • To create a supportive ecosystem for participants by providing subsidised workspaces and technical equipment, consultations and training, access to professional mentors, strengthening the mentorship programme community, organising networking and professional events, and actively engaging all members.

The programme is targeted at three key groups:

Development of individual cultural and creative businesses

Formation and growth of artist collectives

Development and implementation of interdisciplinary projects

KUFA mentorship program is:

Targeted Mentorship

Individual consultations on business, legal, marketing, finance, and other related matters

Entrepreneurship seminars and networking initiatives

Conferences and workshops

Practical support for the development of visual and communication solutions

Meeting and common spaces

A flexible workspace in the renovated co-working space at Kultūros fabrikas

Ongoing free incubation services for the selected team

Public presentations and sales of developed projects

Additional funding for the selected team’s project

Creative infrastructure within KUFA spaces (rehearsal and event venues)

Participants who successfully complete the mentorship programme are granted priority access to subsidised workspaces and studios in the incubator at Kultūros fabrikas.

Mentors:

The professional mentor team of the KUFA Mentorship Programme provides structured mentorship services and partners closely with participants throughout their growing business journey.
The mentors’ experience, insights, and strategic recommendations help accelerate the path to success in a more efficient and impactful way—enhancing business competitiveness, strengthening personal competencies, expanding professional networks, and opening the door to new opportunities.
