Residential service is a complex provision of rental (premises and equipment) as well as basic informational, technical, and consulting services for residents on preferential terms, with costs lower than the market price. The costs of basic incubation services are included in the rental fee for one incubator's premise.
Residents can be artists and creators (natural persons) and legal entities (SME entities) - young enterprises allocable to creative industries in Lithuania.
The residence time is from 1 month to 5 years.
Every day a variety of events – conferences, performances, concerts, exhibitions and even fashion fairs – are hosted in different and diverse spaces at the Culture Factory.
